Head of Department

The Director represents the Department, presiding over the Council and Board and ensuring that their decisions are implemented.
With the Board’s assistance, the Director monitors compliance with the law and the Department’s bylaws and regulations, supervises the Department’s operations, liaises with university governance, promotes and coordinates the Department’s activities and, together with the appropriate service chief, prepares budget proposals as well as the three-year plan, funding applications and technical-administrative staff recruitment calls.
